A transgender woman who split a stranger’s face with a logging ax blamed the brutal act on her sex change operation.

Transgender patient Evie Amati was sentenced to nine years and will be eligible for parole in four-and-a-half years for the 2017 attack in a 7-Eleven store in Enmore, New South Wales, Australia, a suburb of the east coast metropolis of Sydney.

Amati walked into the store carrying a two-handed logging ax and approached victim Ben Rimmer, who was standing in line by the checkout counter. Video surveillance of the sneak attack shows the wannabe killer engaging Rimmer in a short conversation, then hauling off and slamming the sharp ax head directly into the victim’s face.

After attacking Rimmer, Amati also swung the ax at a woman who was in the doorway of the store. The second victim suffered a cracked skull. The video then shows Amati calmly walking away carrying the weapon.

Rimmer told the media, “If I hadn’t turned my head at the last minute she would have cut my head in half.”

The ax strike sliced the upper part of Rimmer’s nose and cut across his cheek just under his left eye socket. Doctors said the blade sliced into his skull and stopped only a millimeter from breaking through and impacting his brain.

“She went there to kill. It’s only pure luck that I’m alive,” the ax attack victim added.

For her part, Amati claimed her sex change operation was so painful that it drove her to hate people.

Police said she was dosed up on the illegal drug MDA and went on the prowl after a disastrous Tinder date earlier in the day.

The police investigation uncovered that Amati had posted a warning on social media. “One day I am going to kill a lot of people,” she wrote, adding, “Most people deserve to die, I hate people.”

Amati’s lawyers initially tried to claim insanity as a defense, but the courts rejected that claim.

Rimmer decided to speak out this month to urge the Australian courts to give his attacker a longer sentence.

Rimmer, who will spend the rest of his life with titanium plates in his face to hold his skull together, insisted Amati is “calculating” and “not remorseful” at all. “She’ll do her time easily and get paroled in mid-2021. It’s played out perfectly for her, perhaps better than she expected,” he added.

Rimmer has launched a petition on Change.org, urging officials to give a longer sentence of at least ten years. Thus far, more than 8,000 people have signed the petition.

Indeed, to buttress Rimmer’s contention that jail is no burden to his attacker, Rimmer noted that Amati, a trade union organizer before the conviction, has been spending her time in jail organizing prisoners to protest government treatment and becoming a minor jailhouse celebrity in the effort.

Unfortunately for these people, the Australian government essentially banned private ownership of handguns so the law-abiding citizens have now left themselves defenseless against the whackos like this guy/girl/thing/nutjob. If the clerk had been armed, he may have been able to help the victims, and eliminate the ladyboy on the spot. This is one vicious attack!

Another bold example of the results of gun control and disarming lawful citizens, leaving them helpless against the thugs.

I can’t believe he is eligible for parole in 4 years he should have been charged with attempted murder and given life without parole. 9 years is nothing for what he did to these 2 people who were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The more society caves to this ridiculous “transgender” crap the more this is going to occur. These are mentally sick people. When you are born with a biological body part that is identified as a male or female, and you can’t wrap your brain around what you are biologically, then you are mentally sick! There is NO other explanation!

Classic example for every law abiding licensed concealed carry citizen to carry their weapon every day and everywhere one can legally carry it. The Aussies let themselves be disarmed by their govt, and every event like this reminds them of that very big mistake. The democrats in the USA want the same treatment for America. If the clerk or one of the victims had a weapon, this ax murderer’s career would have been a short one. First clue to be alert would have obviously been when he/she/it came walking into the store with an ax in hand.

9 years? This was clearly premeditated. Probably angry that “her” life wasn’t all better because of the se x change. The Left is responsible.

I think Australia couldn’t give “her” more because then they’d have to be more strict with all the Mus lims committing violent acts.

She/He/It (pronounce it quickly) should have been jailed for life. And sentenced to serve She/He/It’s time in a mail prison.

Like we all keep saying, these people who are born one sex but want to be the opposite sex because they feel like they are a “Woman trapped in a mans body” or the other way around, all have some sort of mental issues and should NEVER be coddled and cajoled to live as who they want to or go around acting like your a girl. We dont need to “play” along with their sickness, its unhealthy for them, us and society in whole to give them all the attention they crave. Do we do this with psycho murderers? nope! When someone “hears voices” we treat them with meds to keep them sane… There is no true medical reason that proves a Woman can be “trapped” inside a mans body or that someone was “born the wrong sex” than they were supposed to be. Look at it this way, if you were a little 8 year old kid who walked around acting like a dog, telling everyone you were supposed to be born a dog and telling everyone you want to be called Rex, they will put you in a home if you dont stop behaving like that within a couple months…so why is it that when someone says these same exact things but instead of a Dog they are a woman in a mans body or vice-versa, we say that its true and we feel sorry for them and make laws and rights for them instead of giving them the mental help they need… no, not to make them non gay, if you like other guys or other women, thats just you and your weird sexual preferences but when you think you’re the opposite sex? thats just Nuts!!!

Men pretending to be women, while retaining their masculine strength. It reminds me of the man, dressed as a woman, who went into a GameStop demanding them to call him “ma’am”—definitely didn’t act like a lady. Then I am reminded of the man dressing like a woman who was detained in a women’s prison unit and went around sexually assaulting the women. Men are men, regardless of attire, and women are women, regardless of attire. This is what the Bible spoke of—not whether a woman wore feminine pants or not, nor whether she could or could not cut her hair, nor whether or not a woman could wear jewelry, nor whether a woman had to wear a tent to cover herself from the top of her hair to the tip of her toes in a tent with only her eyes showing.
